By far the worst front desk customer service. They denied me my room because they wanted my guest id who was not with me but outta state. They said they require all guests id at check in. But my guest wasn't even in the same state as me yet. They came out breathing hard and talking wildly crazy to me. They said my guest must provide i.d. because they might be a sexual predator. They treated me like trash the minute I came thru the door. Very rude staff members. My vacation was ruined. We spent our week in Florida sleeping in the car. Cause the refunded took 5 days to come back. Also the hotel did not notify booking.com about the cancellation. I had to spend 5 hours calling about my refund. Worse experience I ever had.
Extended Stay Hotel is location that you and your family would love to stay for just a few Days to a week or maybe longer you would be very comfortable, peace and quiet, nice size rooms and very clean. Service team and Manager I give them ten stars this is the spot I would recommend to my friends and family..
I would like to take a moment to give this review we stayed here from Sunday to Thursday. In our time here the staff were super nice upon checking in leída greeted us and went above and beyond my expectations to make sure we had our room! The room was clean I didn’t see no stains on bed and the bathroom was clean. The fridge was the coldest hotel fridge I have ever used and the bed was amazingly comfortable. It’s a super quiet place good neighborhood to be in. The management I believe her name was Angela was really great always smiling will make your bad day a good day with the friendliness they give. I would recommend this place and I will definitely be returning.
The Staff was always kind, professional, and extremely helpful! The rooms are tucked away, so they feel very private. The room was clean, and had everything we needed during our stay. Overall the experience was pleasant especially when dealing with any of the Staff members, I would highly recommend this establishment!
The location is the best I could ask for, secluded but yet close to everything! The area is very nice. The service I received was amazing, Ms Leida in the reception went above and beyond, I encountered some issues with my booking and she was real great help something I never would expect from a hotel employee. The rooms were very clean and neat.
Shaniya Cunningham has been a great asset to the team. She offers assistance, kindness, and direction. Her work ethic is admirable and I am grateful for her work!
I have really enjoyed staying here at extended stay America and Nikki is my favorite housekeeper. She is so friendly and professional and is always happy and smiling
Me and my wife got in here a lil over a month and we're very happy the staff is AWESOME friendly location is perfect for us the only reason my room gets a 3 Is it's dated and my bed has a big dent In it but they are also remolding rooms right now as well so maybe I'll get a new bed and then it's 4stars for me. .....
